Who is responsible for the data

The data controller is the owner of the Papierowe Figurki brand. For any matter concerning personal data, write to the email address below.

Contact and orders

When you email me, I process your address and the content of your message to reply and to fulfill your order. For shipping I also need your name, phone number and the chosen parcel locker. I pass this data to InPost.

The legal basis is taking steps before entering into a contract and performing it (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR). I keep the correspondence for as long as the order and any potential claims require.

Analytics

The website uses Google Analytics 4 only after you give consent in the banner. Without consent the Google Analytics code is not loaded at all.

After consent, Google stores cookies (_ga and _ga_*) and receives information about visited pages, your device, browser, approximate location and the performance of the website. The provider is Google Ireland Limited and the data may be sent to servers in the USA.

You can withdraw consent at any time with the "Cookie settings" button in the footer.

Browser storage

The website stores two pieces of information in your browser (localStorage): your decision about analytics and the selected theme (light or dark). They are necessary for the website to work and are not sent anywhere.

Hosting and errors

The website is hosted by Vercel Inc. The server logs the IP address, the time of the visit and the address of the requested page. This is necessary to deliver the website and protect it from abuse (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

When an error occurs on the website, technical information (the error message, page address, browser type) may be sent to Sentry (Functional Software, Inc.) so that I can fix it.

Videos and social media

YouTube videos load only after you click a thumbnail, in youtube-nocookie.com mode. Until then the website sends nothing to YouTube. The social media icons are plain links without tracking plugins.

Your rights

You have the right to access your data, rectify it, erase it, restrict its processing, port it and object to its processing. You can withdraw your consent to analytics at any time. You can also lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO) in Poland.
