What is the order completion time?
Completion time depends on the complexity of the project. Simple figurines are made in 2-3 business days, more complex projects may take up to 2 weeks. I always inform you of the expected completion date.
Can I order a personalized figurine?
Yes! I am happy to take on custom projects. Just describe what you are looking for, and we will prepare a quote and completion date.
How does shipping work?
I ship exclusively via InPost Parcel Locker. Figurines are carefully packed to arrive in perfect condition.
What paper do you use?
I typically work with paper weighing 70-80 g/m². Upon request, I can make a figurine on thicker paper.
Do you make seasonal decorations?
Currently, I do not make seasonal decorations. I focus on individual figurines and custom projects.
How can I pay for my order?
Payment details are arranged individually after placing an order. I accept bank transfers.
